Admissions Advisor 

Academy On-Demand is looking for an Admissions Advisor for immediate hire. This position is the first point of contact with prospective students, and helps them identify course offerings, assists with providing financial assistance resources, and encourages them to take the next step in their healthcare career. Admissions Advisors must be friendly and genuine and have the capability to demonstrate empathy for our prospective students. She/ He/ They will be responsible for the student enrollment process, and contributing to providing a positive and successful student onboarding experience; assisting Success Advisors with ensuring student success, being a liaison between students and sponsors/ employers, as well as being in charge of social media management and contacting candidates who have expressed interest in our courses. Other duties include but are not limited to participating in marketing strategy planning, copywriting, some administrative duties and attending outside events. 

 

Candidate Criteria

  • Must be self directed and a self starter 
  • Have a particular affinity for constant innovation and change 
  • MAC Computers proficient and tech savvy a plus 
  • Social Media marketing proficient  
  • Sales funnels knowledge a plus
  • Good at copy-writing
  • Task driven yet can think creatively outside the box
  • Organized and detail oriented 
  • Bilingual in English/ Spanish +  
  • Healthcare or Career and Technical Education experience a plus

Business Manager 

Academy On-Demand is looking for a Business Manager for immediate hire. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our organization, and contributing to providing a positive and successful interaction and student experience; duties include income/ expense/ budget tracking, overall management of administrative offices, supplies inventory and ordering, KPI reporting to CEO, instructor scheduling, assisting with social media management and supporting the incoming calls que. Other duties include but are not limited to participating in marketing strategy planning, copywriting, other administrative duties and attending outside events.

  • Proficient in Quickbooks online   
  • MAC Computers proficient and Tech Savvy a plus 
  • Social Media marketing proficient
